This figure depicts the huge differences
between Chinese provinces in their economic power. While in 2004,
Guangdong had a Gross Regional Product of almost 1,604 Billion
Yuan/RMB, only 211 Billion Yuan/RMB were reported from Tibet. |
| Of course, there are great
problems with China's regional economic statistics; but it is still
obvious that there are huge economic discrepancies in China. |
