Note: Birth Rate = Birth per 1000 of the Population; Death Rate = Deaths per 1000 of the Population; Natural Growth Rate = Birth Rate minus Death Rate

Tibet, by far, has the highest birth rate in China, followed by Xinjiang and Nangxia - these three provinces also have the highest natural growth rates.

Shanghai, Liaoning and Beijing, on the other hand have the lowest birth rates and lowest rates of natural growth in China. Moreover, Beijing has the lowest birth and death rates in China, but not the lowest rate of natural growth, which was reported from Shanghai.
