This figure is sorted by the per capita Gross Regional Product in 2004. As expected, Shanghai, Beijing, and Tianjin have a far higher per capita Gross Regional Product than all other Chinese provinces. In fact, the great majority of China's provinces have a per capita Gross Regional Product of less than 20,000 Yuan/RMB.
