KFC is, by far, the most successful western fast-food restaurant in China - primarily due to the clever "ethnic localization" of its image and food taste. Moreover, chicken is a very popular food in China. The photo on the left shows the very busy KFC restaurant at the "Muslim Market" in Urumqi, Xingjiang province of China.
